Joras Deathscythe had gazed upon the desolate, war torn landscape stretched out before him more times than he could possibly count. The winds that swept down from the mountains still continuously blew up clouds of the dusty grey earth and dropped it somewhere else, sometimes miles away. Yet the view never changed. It was as if the notion of time didn't exist here. Years had passed and so much had happened since he'd last trodden the silty soil. The World had changed greatly, as had he.
